Bonuses Terms and Conditions
Promotions are intended as a bonus to loyal players, and to attract new players to the Casino. The Casino encourages players to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion which comes to the attention of the Casino may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions.
- Each promotion is available only once per player. The identity of a player will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
- The Casino may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of players or of any one player to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of players to participate in promotions.
- The Casino reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to players. However, the Casino will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to players of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination. The Casino, CryptoLogic Inc., WagerLogic Ltd. and ECash Direct (UK) Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by players.
- Promotions are intended to be used in the calendar month in which they are given. The Casino and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to remove promotional funds if the promotion requirements are not fulfilled within the same month, or in the event of account inactivity.
- The Casino, CryptoLogic Inc., WagerLogic Ltd. and ECash Direct (UK) Ltd. reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that players or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which the Casino, CryptoLogic Inc., WagerLogic Ltd. and ECash Direct (UK) Ltd. in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, the Casino, CryptoLogic Inc., WagerLogic Ltd. and ECash Direct (UK) Ltd. reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such player(s) to the promotion.
- Players must fulfil the wagering requirement (stated in the promotional text) before being able to withdraw any part of the bonus money, or any winnings made from the promotional bonus money. The Casino reserves the right to carry any unsatisfied part of the wagering requirement over to the following month.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Casino will be considered final.
- Monthly Reward is available from 1st of the month, until the last day of the month and is based on EST.
- Bets on Roulette, Baccarat, Punto Banco and Craps will not count towards wagering requirements
