    Accessing the STATEMENT screen
    To view recent transactions or print a statement of last month's transactions you need to access the ECash Direct software. To access the STATEMENT function from the ECash Direct main screen click on the STATEMENT button. Once you click on the STATEMENT button, a new window will open on your screen. This is the ECash Direct Balance Summary screen. You can now select to view either your Current Statement or Monthly Statement.

    Viewing Recent Transactions
    From the Balance Summary screen select Current Statement. The ECash Direct Statement screen is now displayed. This screen will show all transactions made since the last time you viewed your current statement. It is recommended that you keep a copy of these statements for future reference.
    To view a full screen version of the statement click the Print Preview button. Your default browser will open and a full screen version of your ECash Direct Statement will appear. To print your statement, click the Print button in your browser. For a description of the list of codes used in your statement, click Print Codes button.

    From the Balance Summary screen select Monthly Statement. The ECash Direct Statement screen is now displayed. This screen will show all transactions made in the current month. It is recommended that you keep a copy of these statements for future reference.

    Printing or Viewing the List of Operational Codes
    Every type of ECash Direct transaction is identified by its own operational code. This is basically a shortened name used to describe the type of transaction. You can view the list of ECash Direct operational codes.

    Storing your Statement
    This is a three-step process:
      1. Copy the statement
      2. Open a blank text file
      3. Paste the statement into the text file.

    To complete step 1, click on the Copy button using your PC mouse. The information will be copied to your clipboard.
    Next, you need to open a file using any common text-editing program. Some examples are Notepad, Wordpad, Microsoft Word, WordPerfect.
    Go to the insertion point and then hit Ctrl-V. (Hold down the Ctrl key and then hit the letter V.) Your statement information should now appear on the screen.

    Don't forget to save this file. Remember what you named your file and where you saved it in case you need to refer to it in the future.
