When is it changing?

In the next 2 weeks, you’ll have access to our new Casino & Poker software PLUS a brand new website with onsite games.

We’ll keep you well informed, when and how you can upgrade to your new account via email, within your current software and on this “Important Changes” page.

What’s changing?

• One Gaming account for all products: You’ll be given a new “Littlewoods Gaming” account. Your new gaming account will let you play on all of our products using the same wallet and bankroll. So for example… if you deposit in the casino download, you can use these funds in poker or on the website games too.
• New Casino Software Download: We have introduced a new casino software download. It includes stunning 3D graphics, first class audio and an unparalleled user interface.
• New Poker Software Download: We have introduced a new poker download where you will find more cash games, tournaments and much bigger prizes. Your new Poker network “iPoker” has recently been ranked number 2 in the world for online Poker rooms.
• New Website: We’ve built a BRAND NEW Littlewoods Casino & Poker website, where you’ll find all of your familiar Casino and Poker information and promotions, BUT NOW, you can also log-in, play games and manage your account too.
• New Customer Service: We have a new customer service team operating to offer you our very special levels of support 24/7.
• Licence: We’ll be moving from the current Gibraltar licence onto our new Alderney license.

Activating your new account

Shortly, we will ask you to move your existing account and your Bankroll to a brand new Littlewoods Gaming account, where you can play all your favourite Casino & Poker games. Don’t worry, we will help you with this simple change and it won’t take long at all.

Activating your new account is easy.

1. Download the new Casino or Poker software (or both if you play both)
   

   You can do this from 2 places –

   1. The links will be emailed to you, so please keep checking your registered email address
   2. You can download it from your existing software – you will see “New Casino or Poker” pop-ups and banners in your current software.
2. Login to your account.
   You will use your existing username and password to login.
   Note: As we are joining a new Poker network, your existing Poker Nickname might already be taken, therefore you will be asked to choose an alternative one.
3. Accept the new terms and conditions.

4. We’re moving to a new licence which means a new regulatory body: the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. This means that you will have to accept our new terms and conditions, which is a simple tick in a box, once you have read, understood and agreed.

Important Information

Very Important: Any bankroll or bonus balance that you have in your existing Littlewoods account will be moved to your new account within 72 hours of activating your new account.

Now for the good bit - Any bonuses, Bankroll or unconverted comp points in your existing account, will be credited to your new account as cash! Yes, you heard right! Bonuses AND Comp Points/Reward Points will be credited as cool, hard cash!

Even more great news - You will find FREE CASH or a FREE BONUS waiting for you in your new account the first time you log-in – this could be anything up to £10,000!

Set up a new deposit method: Simply choose how you would like to transact on your new account and set up your preferred method. This is your chance to choose whether you would like to use a credit/debit card or whether you’d prefer to use NETeller, Moneybookers or UKash.
For security purposes, we must ask you to make a minimum deposit of £10 once you have set up your deposit method as you’ll not be able to make a withdrawal until you have.

FAQs

Why would I need to provide identification?

Under our new licence and regulator we are required to verify the age, name and address of anyone who plays on our site. Where possible we will try to do this via electronic checks against publicly held records using the information you have provided.

Unfortunately, these checks do not always return a 100% score, mainly due to databases not being updated and other limitations.

Where this happens we may have to ask you to help us out by sending us documentation such as a copy of your passport or a utility bill.
