Gaming Laws in Each State

Gaming laws vary in each state. Some states allow certain types of gambling but not others, and a few states have outlawed all forms of gaming, even lotteries. Here is a list of gaming laws in each state:

Alabama
Alabama allows for slot machines, parimutuel betting (most commonly used in horse and greyhound racing), and Indian casinos.

Alaska
Charitable games/bingo and Indian casinos are the only forms of legalized gambling in Alaska.
